A few things to note before we continue

1. You are submitting a floor plan for Ripe Fresh Sdn Bhd to evaluate the feasibility of building an indoor vertical farm in this space
2. The floor plan you submit is under your ownership and you have the right to access and use the said property for the purposes of building an indoor farm
3. You will be quoted a feasibility study fee within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Should your space not be feasible, you will be charged a flat fee of RM 3,000 that comes with the study of why we found your space not feasible.
4. Feasibility studies take up to 45 days depending on size, location and accessibility of your space during the various Movement Control Order restrictions in Malaysia. We will be doing a site recce of this space with our team and delays in site visits would result in delays of the study.
5. By submitting your floor plan and documentation, you allow Ripe Fresh Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries to conduct this study with the relevant engineers, contractors, architects and authorities.
6. At the end of the feasibility study, you will receive a full report on your farm layout, recommended produce types, crop cycles, expected weekly and monthly yields, projected profits with 2 business models and a detailed quotation for building a farm with Ripe and monthly operating costs. There is no obligation from you to work with Ripe from that point forward. However, should you decide to build a farm with Ripe, we will write off this design fee from the building fee.
