How does Wally work?
Wally automatically adjusts light, temperature, humidity, and nutrients to keep your plants thriving. For example, if the temperature rises, Wally will lower it automatically and increase ventilation with its built-in fans to ensure optimal growth.
How do I operate Wally?
It’s easy! Just top up the water and nutrients once a week.
How often do I refill the water?
You only need to top it up weekly. Plus, our app will send you a reminder when it’s time!
What maintenance does Wally need?
Maintenance is simple. Wipe down the tray and wash the water tank when replacing seedlings.
How many plants can I grow in Wally?
You can grow up to 60 plants in a 3-module Wally. Each module allows for 20 medium-sized plants or 11 larger ones.
What types of plants can I grow with Wally?
Wally can grow leafy greens, herbs, fruits, and flowers. Right now, we offer seedlings for leafy greens and herbs, but we’re expanding our selection soon!
What is electricity consumption like?
Running a 3-module system costs about RM50-60 per month, which is roughly the price of two Starbucks drinks.
Can I use my own plants in Wally?
Yes! Just rinse the roots thoroughly before placing them into Wally.
Can I buy my own seeds and nutrients?
Yes, you can!
What nutrient solution does Ripe provide?
We offer fully soluble nutrients that are optimised for plant growth.

How much nutrients will I need?
Smaller plants typically need one set of nutrients per week, while larger plants may require more depending on your crop selection.
Can I buy just the seeds?
We don’t sell seeds, but we offer well-germinated seedlings for faster and more successful growth.

When will my order be fulfilled?
The delivery lead time is 60 working days from the date of order.
How can I request a specific delivery date?
Email us at hello@ripefresh.com.my with your order number and preferred delivery date. While we can’t guarantee it, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location at checkout.
Where is Wally available for delivery?
Wally is currently available for delivery within Klang Valley. For deliveries to other states in Malaysia, maintenance services and seedlings are not included, only nutrients can be delivered.
Warranty & Exchange
What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange defective or damaged items within 14 days of receiving them. Just contact our customer service team for help.

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year warranty on non-consumable parts (like pumps and lights). An additional year can be added for RM250. Consumable parts (like nozzles and tubes) are covered for 3 months. Repairs or replacements during the warranty period won’t cost you anything, but each item is only eligible for one-time replacement or repair.
